  • Are your products available to view prior to purchasing?
All products on the website will be provided with a full description and illustration. Some of them you can view in person, some you cannot due to access restrictions to some of our sites. This is summarised below:

  • How are the garden benches you sell delivered? Do they require assembly?
The product is delivered as 3 separate pieces in a flat pack and requires assembly. You will receive a bonding adhesive to attach the legs to the bench. As for securing the product to the ground I’m afraid we do not offer a facility to do so, Previous customers have commented that once purchasing their benches that they have secured the item with concrete.

  • I notice that the monoliths are quite large and heavy. What arrangements should I make at my house/business premises on the day of delivery?
All monolith orders will be dropped off kerbside and it will be your responsibility to ensure you have the specialist equipment required on site to move the monoliths to where you want them to sit. Please contact your local hire centre or builders merchant for information on specialist handling equipment.

Payment

  • Does the final price include VAT?
Yes, VAT is included in the basket price. The price at checkout is the price you pay and this includes VAT and delivery as detailed in the item description. We will issue a VAT invoice on request following delivery.

No. Payment must be made by PayPal, Google Checkout or by credit/debit card.

  • Where are your stores based and what are their opening hours?
We do not have any stores as such as we sell direct over the internet and phone. If you need to contact us please email, live chat or call on 0845 3073131 . Our opening hours for these channels are 9am to 17.00 Monday to Friday.

We are not looking for any new agencies for any of these services at this time. We receive several untargeted emails and calls for internet marketing services a day and we are unable to answer all of these.
